4 Season Parcels

These parcels are all set up to be seasonal, meaning the Estate Owner receives a HUD and set of terrain textures to change the seasons whenever they choose.  Seasons can only be changed on a full region, but you don't have to use the seasons at all - I can set it as one season, and you can decide if you want to change seasons or not.

Seasonal parcels are modular except for the 4096 sqm parcels, which are on a region of twelve 4096 sqm parcels.  All the other sizes/styles can be arranged as desired on any region.  The layouts change a bit with the different sizes, of course.  For example, River Run is a bit different on an 1/8 region parcel than on a 1/2 region parcel, but they still have similar elements to be recognizable as River Run.

4096 sqm Regions

These are woodland parcels arranged as a ring of 12 around a 1/4 region huge waterfall.  The center area is not meant to be rented, it provides privacy and extra prims for the parcels.  These extra prims allows you to charge more for the parcel and make the region profitable.

River Run

River Run parcels have an elaborate waterfall and river system.  Available in 1/8, 1/6, 1/3, and 1/2 region parcel sizes - this is my most popular seasonal parcel design by far.

Forest Cove

Forest Cove parcels have paths through wooded areas.  Available in 1/8, 1/6, 1/3, and 1/2 region sizes, this is my first seasonal design and is still very popular.

Pacific Northwest

Pacific Northwest parcels have a big island as the main land surrounded by a river.  Available in 1/6, 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 region parcel sizes.  This design tends to be used by more creative people.

Lighthouse Cove

Lighthouse Cove parcels are similar to Forest Cove but have a lighthouse and less woodland.  Available in 1/4 and 1/2 parcel sizes.  This design has a bit more open space for larger houses than the similar Forest Cove design.
