I have a large number of professionally landscaped parcel designs that I can deploy quickly.  I can do any of these styles on a full prim region.  You can hire me to do a single region or many, I'm used to managing over 300 regions at Willowdale.  Click the titles below for more information and pics.

4 Season Parcels

1/16 region, 1/8 region, 1/4 region, 1/3 region, and 1/2 region  - these can have seasons or not - your choice.  This is the style that most of Wllowdale has and I offer different styles for each size, including Forest Cove, River Run, Pacific Northwest, and Lighthouse Cove.  No common areas - all prims are sold.

Cottage Country

20 small lots, the largest being 1/16 region with a small central lake.  Every parcel has access to water.  This layout can be very profitable.  Cliffs and center pond are common areas.

Mediterranean Parcels

A region has one 1/6 region parcel, two 1/4 region parcels, and one 1/3 region parcel.  Cliffs are common areas.

Farmland Parcels

1/32 region, 1/16 region, 1/8 region, 1/6 region, 1/4 region, 1/3 region, and 1/2 region.  I have several layouts to choose from for parcelling a region.  Roads are common areas.

Jungle Tropical Parcels

1/4 region and 1/2 region.  A region can have any configuration you like.  No common areas, all prims are sold

Full Homesteads and Full Regions

I have 11 different styles for full homesteads and regions.  These can be put on a full homestead or full region but because of prim count, some are better suited for one or the other.
