This coastal layout leaves a lot of prims for you but it's also packed with features! The raised area is big enough for a huge houe with a basement. There is also a flat beach area big enough to hold a second house. Ocean waves and surf surround the whole sim but you can also drive a boat all the way around the land - and I've included a little motorboat! The incredibly realistic lighthouse is usable, you can go inside and walk up the stairs to the top. If you like beach that is NOT tropical, this is the layout for you!
